Typically 3-5 candidates with detailed write-ups: technical fit, salary, availability, work rights, motivations, concerns. No filler.

Best for: critical hires, multiple roles, ongoing pipeline. Includes prioritised sourcing, weekly progress reports, market mapping if needed.

$800–$1,500 + GST per shortlist

Best for: single role, want to evaluate before committing further. Fixed-price shortlist of pre-screened candidates. No placement fee.

Contingent

12–18% of first-year salary

Best for: roles where you only want to pay on outcome. Standard agency model, but with engineer-led screening. Replacement guarantee included.

All pricing excludes GST. Detailed terms provided in proposal. No charge to candidates under any model.
